Group Actions

Create Group

Groups can be used to organize subsidiaries, vendors, departments, agencies, and other entities within a selected workspace. Here is how you can Create Groups:

Navigate to the Groups View within a selected workspace. You see an empty Group table.

Newly Created Workspace (Groups View)

Click on Create Group.

Create Group

The Create Group pop-up shall appear on the screen.

Create Group (Pop-up)

Enter the Group Name and Description. Click Create to create the group.

Renaming a Group

To modify the name of a Group, you can click on the 3 dots - menu icon and select "Rename Group." This option allows you to customize and reword how the Group is addressed.

Click Rename Group to rename the group.

Rename Group (Popup)

Delete Group

Users can now delete the groups and all the assets and exposures under it.
Warning message highlighting the hard delete of selected assets and exposures of the group.

Delete Group (Confirmation Pop-up)

Groups cannot be deleted if any active integrations are enabled (cloud and scanner).
