Sign-in Troubleshooting - Forgot Password
Overview: How to reset your password from the login screen.
To reset a forgotten password, navigate to app.securin.io.
Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your email address on the Forgot Password page and click the Submit button.
Please note that the link will expire in 1 hour
Clicking the link in the email brings up the Reset Password screen where you can create a new password.
Once you click Submit, your password will be updated and you can sign in using the newly created password.
