Providing VI Access to Users

Summary: How to provide Vulnerability Intelligence (VI) and VI Sidekick access to users.

To provide Vulnerability Intelligence (VI) access to users, you must have permission to add accounts and users in VI.

To provide access, navigate to the VI platform.

Click the Admin tab and enter the user ID to add in the search bar.

Click on the username and provide the necessary level of access in the roles column.

When a new user is created, by default the user gets restricted access - "FREE". Admin access in VI is required to add additional entitlements for new users.

When an existing user is to be provided with full access - "S33_PRIORITY_COMPREHENSIVE". You must have admin access in VI to add additional entitlements for users.
