Signing in Using Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been enabled while logging into the Securin platform to ensure that only authorized persons access the platform.


During sign in, the first step is to enter your credentials and click Sign In.

he second step in MFA is to enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
 



If you have enabled OTP via any Authenticator App, open your app and enter the OTP shown there.



In case you do not receive the email with the OTP, click the Resend OTP link in the sign-in page


Note: The OTP will be valid only for 10 minutes, beyond which you need to request another OTP by clicking the Resend OTP link.
